New client: The National Forest

If it’s looking quiet on the blog, it’s only because we’re absolutely manic behind the scenes. There’s loads going on at Together this spring, including some exciting work and client wins we can’t talk about just yet. But to give you a taster, here’s one we can share: we’ve started working with The National Forest.

The National Forest has transformed more than 200 square miles of the Midlands by creating more forested areas, planting millions of trees over the last 20 years to increase woodland cover from 6% to over 20%. But it’s about more than trees; by regenerating the area, The National Forest is helping those nearby to live and work with nature.

After a tender and pitch process at the start of this year, we won the opportunity to help The National Forest develop their proposition and visual style. We recently kicked things off with a day-long brand workshop with team members and stakeholders, exploring what makes The National Forest unique and gathering everyone’s ideas.

Now, we’re in the process of using all that useful stuff to inform our creative – and help the brand to find their new identity.

We’re loving working with The National Forest’s brilliant team, and can’t wait to share what we create together. Keep an eye on this blog, and our social media channels, for updates.

When it comes to showing off a new food product, great photography makes stomachs growl – so as part of our website, social media, and PR work for MOR, we needed mouthwatering shots that’d send customers running for the nearest Tesco.

MOR’s sausages have wonderful, versatile flavours that are great for cooking, so we wanted to show them in their element. We got chef Tom Cockerill on board to create eight original recipes, two for each sausage flavour, which we prepared, styled, and shot.

Visually, we took inspiration from chefs like Jamie Oliver and Tom Kerridge, as well as from the lush imagery found in the publications like The Guardian and Waitrose Food.

New client: MOR Sausages

MOR Sausages have just hit Tesco’s shelves – and as the digital, social and PR agency for the new brand, we’ve been a huge part of the launch.

We’ve been working with MOR since the beginning of the year, having been appointed to design their website, create and manage their social media channels, and lead their PR campaigns.

For the website we created a simple yet artisanal feel, which is complemented by our foodie-inspired copy. Illustrations by artist Clover Robin, alongside our own photography, bring the brand to life and emphasise MOR’s passionate, yet accessible, food-loving personality. We also animated some of Clover’s illustrations in-house to create engaging web and social media content.

Aside from web, we’ve launched MOR on Facebook and Instagram and will be managing their content and communities going forward. Over in PR our launch campaign has already seen excellent results, with a huge amount of sample requests and national coverage.

New client: Son of Steak

There’s a new cow in town – and we’re spreading the word.

Opening towards the end of March in Nottingham’s Trinity Square, Son of Steak is the newest restaurant to come from Mitchells & Butlers, one of the UK’s largest bar, pub, and restaurant brands and owner of popular chains like Harvester, Toby Carvery, and All Bar One.

We’ve taken on Son of Steak as a social media client, and have just launched its Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter channels. That’s all we’re saying for now – we don’t want to spoil anything! – so follow Son of Steak on social to see what it’s all about.

New client: Pukka Pies

We’re delighted to reveal that over the past month, we’ve been working with a brand new client – Pukka Pies.

At the end of 2016 we were appointed as Pukka’s digital agency, working within their new agency network to deliver Pukka’s rebrand and through-the-line campaign. We’ve designed and developed their new website, relaunched the brand’s social media channels, and will be continuing to manage these platforms going forward.

Our work will support Pukka’s latest campaign, ‘Everything’s Pukka‘, in the digital space, helping to drive reappraisal of the brand’s grocery product and spread a message: that whatever life’s little ups and downs, Pukka’s hot, hearty fillings and delicious flavours are the ultimate good mood food.
