Who we want
We are looking for an exceptional Digital Account Director with the gravitas and drive to lead on a major well known high street Blue Chip FMCG / retail account.
What you'll be doing
As a Digital Account Director you will lead the digital strategic direction and projects for one of our key clients. Successfully navigating them through these digital requirements to deliver back outstanding end results, while managing their expectations on route. Whilst delivering effective digital solutions that excel client expectations you will help to drive their business forward and, by so doing, develop the account for the agency.
You will need to gain a full understanding of our clients' business, their brand, vision and objectives and take responsibility for proactively developing ideas, strategic proposals and solutions to ensure success in this role – by doing this you will be seen as a respected and trusted digital strategic adviser to the client.
What we want from you
As Digital Account Director, you must be ready to hit the ground running and bring with you your proven experience of working at a high level, on high profile digital accounts, which not only demonstrate your digital capabilities, but also show your ability to lead and develop teams
- With an extensive proven background as a Digital Account Director and with vast experience in online and digital, you will have fantastic pitch winning and client facing skills and be a natural problem solver.
- Drawing on your knowledge of social media marketing, online trends and your experience of developing digital strategies you will implement and manage complex, digital communications programmes.
The breadth of activity is also a real selling point - campaigns are across the entire digital platform from microsites to complete new website development builds, online advertising and everything in between. You will also be responsible for the profitability on the account so a good commercial mind will come in handy!
What you'll get from us
Reporting directly into one of the agency's Partners you will hold full responsibility for overseeing the Account team, motivating and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results. You will also contribute to the overall effective management of the agency through a place on the Senior Management Team.
