Social Media Campaigns
After helping Clothes for Charity with their brand development and digital strategy, we soon teamed up again to work on their social media.
Clothes for Charity particularly needed support with creating a reassuring, positive image for the brand; bad press as a result of stolen donations had plagued similar services, and Clothes for Charity wanted to ensure their followers understood they were in safe hands.
Using Facebook primarily as a customer service tool, and Twitter as a method of recruiting charities to the service, we grew Clothes for Charity’s audiences to over 20,000 on Facebook and 7,000 on Twitter.
We’ve also successfully used social media advertising to boost Clothes for Charity’s campaign messages, encouraging support for local and nationwide charities.
